Apptics (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates the website apptics.ie. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

Contact form
When you submit our contact form, we collect:

- Your phone number (if provided)
- Your company name (if provided)
- The area you’d like to improve (if selected)
- Your message
This information is sent to us via email. We do not store form submissions in a database — they go directly to our inbox.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our site. Google Analytics uses cookies to collect anonymous usage data, including:

- Time spent on the site

Data retention
- Contact form data: Kept for as long as needed to respond to your enquiry, then deleted.
- Analytics data: Retained by Google Analytics for up to 14 months (their default setting).
